Are the boots heavy?

They definitely have a solid feel to them because we use thick, full-grain leather. A pair weighs about 1.5kg. It’s that good kind of heavy that tells you they’re going to last, not the kind that drags your feet down.

Will the dye rub off on my socks?

Since we seal our leathers naturally, you might see a little bit of dark dye transfer onto light socks during the first week or so. This is totally normal for real leather and stops once they break in.

What if they don't fit right?

We know buying boots online can be tricky. You have 30 days to return them for a full refund if they aren't perfect. Just make sure you only try them on indoors on a clean surface so the soles stay fresh.

How long does shipping take?

We handcraft every pair to order, so production usually takes 3 to 5 business days. Once they leave our shop, they’ll generally arrive at your door in 2 to 4 days. We promise they are worth the wait.

How do I take care of them?

Try not to soak them completely, but if they do get wet, just let them air dry away from direct heat. Rub in a little leather conditioner every few months to keep them soft. They’ll actually look better the more you wear them.

Who actually makes these?

Our small team makes every single pair right here in our workshop. The maker even signs and dates the inside of the boot. We believe in taking our time to make something that you'll be wearing for years.

What if something breaks?
